Progressive Jackpot soars past $10,000
Both on and off the ice, there is a buzz in St. Marys about the Lincolns. While the team has won seven of their last nine games to charge up the Western Conference standings, the team’s Chase the Ace Sweepstakes fundraiser is also creating excitement.
Though Lesley Stacey did not draw the Ace of Spades last Friday (she drew the 4 of Hearts), she left the PRC with a big smile along with a nice $660 consolation prize from her draw ticket being picked. Weekly hockey card sales (which help build the consolation prize as well as the progressive jackpot) surged 56% week-over-week, pushing the accumulated jackpot past the $10,000 mark for this Friday’s game.
There are now only 34 cards remaining in the deck, since the cards from the first 18 draws have been permanently removed.
To get your ticket for this week’s draw or for future draws, attend tonight’s game or visit convenient in-town locations such as Sam’s Home Hardware, Downtown Pontiac, M&M Variety, St. Marys Home Building Centre, Dunny’s Source for Sports, or Sunset Diner.
