On Tuesday, March 15, Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were called to St. Marys Mini Storage facility on James St. South in St. Marys where a break-in was discovered.
Investigation revealed that sometime between the evening of Monday, March 14 and 7:00 am on the morning of Tuesday, March 15, unknown suspect(s) forced open the locked gate of the storage unit compound. Once inside, a number of locked storage units were breached. The storage company and the affected storage locker tenants are attempting to determine if any contents of storage units have been removed.
The Perth County OPP is requesting anyone who may have observed suspicious activity, persons or vehicles in the area of the St. Marys Mini Storage during the time in question, to contact them at 1-888-310-1122.
