Part-time volunteers sought for Lincoln Game Days

Per a recent conversation with Game Day Operations Coordinator Bill Lowe, he looks forward to an even better experience for fans in 2017/18 but acknowledges that more community volunteers would be of great help with the process:

“I’ve been giving some thought on how we can build a team for game night. If we can put together a group of 20 volunteers, we can share the workload and have everything covered. It would mean that people wouldn’t have to commit to every game. Once or twice a month would get it done. We could also spell people off during a game and let people see some hockey,” said Lowe.

Bill added, “Be part of the club and help the Lincolns make every night at the arena an event to remember. There are lots of different jobs, so take your pick!”

There are variety of ways that volunteers can help out at Lincoln games and be part of our community team. The myriad of roles include the following:

– handle the entry gate and welcome fans

– sell team merchandise

– provide security at entry points

– set up signage and tables

– sell 50/50 tickets

– set-up on ice for special events

– manage Lincolns music needs

– oversee the Blueline Club operation

– handle Club video needs
