Little Caesars to hold fundraiser for Brock Chessell

The community has shown tremendous support to Brock Chessell and his family as he is being treated for cancer.

A week after tryouts for the Minor PeeWee team, Brock Chessell and his family received the news that he has liver cancer. He has bravely begun treatments which will continue for the next little while. After the family received the news, his mother Julie took a leave from work to take care of Brock.

In addition to this, his dad, Chris injured his knee playing in a father/son basketball game requiring surgery and will not be able to work for at least 6 months, as he will require extensive rehabilitation.

As a result Little Caesars will be holding a fundraiser on Monday June 5th with a portion of the sales being donated to the Chessell family. Also a GoFundMe account has been set up for anyone who is interested in making a donation to support the family during this very challenging time. The GoFundMe account can be found at gofundme.com/lets-help-the-chessell-family

Your generosity, support and prayers for Chris, Julie and Brock and their family is very much appreciated!
