When is a tree a traffic problem? When it blocks the view of oncoming traffic. The big tree on the boulevard of Queen Street east and Brock Street is a definite obstacle to turning onto Queen Street in either direction but mostly in turns toward downtown. Especially on snow covered roads the big overgrown trees make it difficult to see speeding cars coming east. The only thing this tree lacks in blocking safe turns at this corner are headlights.
