This year we had another great Teddy Bears’ Reunion, with great weather. Thanks to all my family and volunteers for all their help. Special thanks to Jerry Marshall Tent Rentals, RVS Draperies, Ulch Transport, Tabor Trailer Sales, Bill Workman, Huron Tractor, St. Marys Rentals, Douglas Electric, The Town crew, the St. Marys Firemen. Special thanks also to Tammy and Mark Armstrong for the new sign. Special thanks to Rosie, our great Chip lady for supplying hot dogs, cooking them and donating the proceeds. Also special thanks to all the businesses, stores and companies for your great support of donations. It takes a lot to put the day on and I could not do it without your donations. People ask where the money goes and to show how much it costs to put on this event, here are some of the expenses for the day: Super Air Bouncer, $952, Bogle the Clown $235, Insurance for the park, $353, advertising and raffle tickets, $425, Prizes for the games $600. We also bought bears for the hospital, ambulance and Ronald McDonald House, which costs $600. But it is all worth the money and the effort for the results that are achieved from this event.
