Seadoo and trailer stolen

On Tuesday, July 12, a Township of Perth South resident contacted the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) to report the theft of a Seadoo and trailer from a locked barn along Line 12 North of St. Marys.

Investigation revealed that sometime between Tuesday July 5th and Tuesday July 12th an unknown suspect broke into the locked barn by forcing open a door. Once inside, the white and blue 2006 Seadoo Challenger, Model 180CS located on a 19 foot Seadoo trailer was removed from the barn. A large overhead door was opened by the culprit(s) allowing the Seadoo and trailer to be pushed out of the barn. The trailer had Ontario licence plate B2489P attached to the back.

The Perth County OPP is requesting anyone with information about this theft, or knowing the location of the Seadoo to contact them at 1-888-310-1122. Should you wish to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), and you may be eligible to receive a cash reward of up to $2,000.
